Zhan Guo
Zhan Guo is a Ph.D candidate in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning
at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds degrees of M.C.P
(MIT 2003), M.Eng in Urban Planning and Design (Tsinghua 1999), and B.
Architecture (Tianjin 1996). His research interests include urban transport
planning, land use and travel behavior, and GIS. He has experience in
several major transit authorities: Chicago Transit Authority, Massachusetts
Bay Transportation Authority, and Transport for London. His recent awards
include Honorable Mention for Outstanding Contribution to the Department
Intellectual Life at MIT and the 2005 Outstanding Oversea Student Award by
Government of China.
