2010 IACP best student paper competition announcement

Dear Conference Participants:

On behalf of the organizing committee of the Fourth Annual Conference of the International Association for China Planning (IACP), and the IACP Board of Directors, we send you this email to announce the IACP best Student Paper Competition. This competition annually provides an award to the student who presents the best paper at the IACP annual conference in China.

To be eligible for this year’s award, the student must be 1) either the single author or the lead author of a paper that has already been accepted for presentation at the IACP-Tongji University joint conference in Shanghai, June 19-21, 2010. 2) he or she must be a current student in a university in China. And 3) he or she must make a presentation at the Fourth IACP Annual Conference at Shanghai, China.

To be considered for this award, please submit a full paper, either in English or Chinese, to the conference organizing committee <IACPaward@gmail.com> via Email by May 15, 2010. All submitted papers will be evaluated by a review committee appointed by the conference organizing committee. The results of this competition will be announced at the conference in Shanghai. One or two students will be given the award. A total of US $600 will be given to the award recipient(s) to defray portions of conference travel expenses. In case two students are selected as co-winners, they will share the $600. The winner of this competition will present the paper at the conference at Shanghai, June 19-21, 2010.
