The International Association for China Planning (IACP) is pleased to announce the 2018 IACP Rising Scholar Award (青年学者奖）. This award recognizes to a junior faculty member who has demonstrated an outstanding research record in the broader area of urban planning and development in China. The winner will be announced at the IACP conference in Xi’an. Along with an award certificate, the winner will also receive a prize of US $500.
To be eligible for this award, the applicant must be:
- a non-tenured lecturer or assistant professor;
- an author for a paper that has been accepted for presentation at the 12th IACP conference in Xi’an China;
To be considered for this award, please email the following by May 1st, 2018 to the IACP Award committee led by Dr. Yang Zhang, firstname.lastname@example.org.
- your current CV
- a brief statement (no more than one page) explaining your research interest and qualification for this award
All submitted applications will be evaluated by a review committee selected by the IACP Award committee.
