Panda Valley opened on October 1, 2014. It has three transitional training kennels for giant pandas and a semi-wild training ground.

3. Bifengxia Panda Base

  • Hugging a baby panda costs 1000 RMB ($145).

The base is located just outside Chengdu. If you are near the area, you can take a taxi here. However, because the number of tourists coming here is very large, you may encounter traffic jams, so leave early.

How to Hold a Panda?

Remember to go early in the morning to see pandas. They released the baby pandas at 8 am to play before the meal. 9 am is meal time and 10 am is bedtime.
